Incident: Lufthansa A320 near Berlin on Sep 9th 2010, cracked windshield
A Lufthansa Airbus A320-200, registration D-AIQA performing flight LH-3220 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Saint Petersburg (Russia) with 164 passengers, was enroute at FL370 overhead Poland near Koszalin about 130nm northeast of Berlin (Germany), when the crew descended the aircraft to FL200 due to a cracked windshield reaching FL200 5 minutes later. The crew subsequently continued the descent to FL100 and diverted to Berlin Tegel for a safe landing 45 minutes after leaving FL370.

A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration D-AIZH reached Saint Petersburg with a delay of 2:10 hours.
